Computer support and developement is our primary goal, these goals are broken up
into the following categories of services that we offer. Most services are geared
towards both the home and business enviroments, while some of the services are geared
strictly for a business supportive role.
As a fast, reliable and dependable service, our goal is to have a 100% customer
satisfaction rating. As such, all but one of our services comes with a gaurantee
of action and a 30 day warrenty on all services.
All services are sold as 15 minutes of support time, with a minimum visit time of
30 minutes. Each visit will be accompanied by a report emailed or mailed to the
client stating all of the actions, for additional rights of the customer, please
see the Customer Bill of Rights.
